• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• All items are subject to inspection before approval of a return request.
