High-Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier

The ZJA Transformer Oil Purifier is expertly designed to treat insulating oil for transformers, reactors, and other high-voltage equipment (110–1000 kV). Featuring a two-stage vacuum system (≤ –0.08 MPa), it removes moisture (< 5 ppm), dissolved gases (< 0.3 %), and particles (≤ 1–3 µm), raising oil dielectric strength by at least +35 kV per pass. The system includes oil pre-heating (45–65 °C), precise filtration, automatic temperature/level controls, and safety interlocks. It supports vacuum oil filling, cyclic hot-oil drying, and transformer evacuation. Built in mobile or trailer-mounted configurations, it serves power plants, substations, transformer workshops, petrochemical, railways, and more. Certified to ISO9001 with CE compliance, the ZJA ensures long-term reliability and enhanced oil performance.
