Automatic Transformer Oil Dielectric Loss & Resistivity Tester

The GDGY is a high-precision, fully automatic instrument for measuring dielectric loss angle (tan δ) and volume resistivity of transformer insulating oils, with built-in sample heating and intelligent testing.

The GDGY Automatic Insulating Oil Tan Delta Resistivity Tester integrates an oil test cup, high-frequency induction heater, temperature sensor, test bridge, AC/DC high-voltage sources, and standard capacitor to perform one-button automatic tests. It controls oil temperature (<100 °C) via inductive heating, avoiding sample contamination . The instrument applies AC-DC-AC conversion to stabilize voltage amid grid fluctuations. Its SF6 gas-insulated standard capacitor maintains accuracy over time. A touchscreen interface, auto printer, and safety protections ensure ease of use and reliability. Complying with IEC 60247, IEC 247, ASTM D924, and weighing 18–21 kg, it is certified CE & ISO
